Shutter Island

Actors: Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio

Plot: Is to take time during 1954 during WWII veteran and current federal ferry to Shutter idland, which is an water bound hospital for the crimally insane people. They are asked to investigate the disappearance of Rachel Solando, a patient that killed 3 of her own children and was sent to asylum. As they try to ask questions to the staff and other authorities incharge, Dicaprio feels as if the everyone who he asks questions to is not telling the whole truth. Also he has his own secret, the killer that murdered his own wife is suppose to be on the island to. Due to a hurricane he has to stay on the island and wants to try to confront his wifes killer. He must try to unravel all the secrets before he goes mad.
Reaction: You really have to get into this movie beause first i was not paying full attention but my sister told me little by little then i got it. The ending really shocked me because i wasnt sure if he was really going to confront his wifes killer or not. With all the madness going on i felt as if DiCaprio was alittle mental too.
